We have a complete range of lighting equipment and floodlights that use the latest LED technology as a light source. LED technology is, in fact, gradually replacing the artificial lighting sources destined for operating costs, environmental problems and ease of use, to obsolescence.

The main advantages of using LEDs in lighting fixtures are:

Our wide range of lighting products for areas at risk of explosion is made up of lighting fixtures and floodlights suitable for all applications, such as lighting fixtures for tanks inspection, safety warnings and escape routes lighting fixtures and hand‐held lamps. Our solutions offer a wide selection of lamps (fluorescent, discharge and LEDs), materials (aluminum alloy, stainless steel, polyester resin, plastics) and explosion‐proof methods of protection.

The junction and pulling boxes, available in different methods of protection and materials are used in hazardous areas with risk of explosion classified as Zone1, 2, 21 and 22. Depending on the models, they can also be used with terminals, as a command and control units andas interface units. Junction boxes in ‘Ex d’ method of protection are suitable to house analogical and digital precision instruments to facilitate the activities of measurement, control and monitoring of industrial processes. Moreover, we have a full range of control stations that can be equipped with command and control operators in ‘Ex d' and 'Ex e' way of protection and IP66 degree of protection, for the supply of lighting circuits or motive power distribution in any type of industrial application.

This range of products consists of systems for visual, acustic and emergency signalling. Lighting fixtures for the visual signalling of obstacles such as high buildings, chimneys, power lines and wind turbines count: lighting fixtures with Xenon stroboscopic flashing light, lighting fixtures with one or two lamps and fixed light and a low intensity LED technology lighting fixtures conforms to ICAO regulations for the installation in airports. Completes the visual signalling, a ex-proof traffic light with LED technology for the regulation of traffic in classified areas. The acoustic signalling equipment includes sirens and multifunction alarms, with different ring tones and intensity which can be used as fire and security alarms, emergency, evacuation and intrusion. The signalling range of products is completed by a emergency alarm button with safety glass which is the optimal solution for the activation of acoustic and/or warning equipment in case of danger.

The series of products for installation is completed with plugs and sockets. They are available with a wide range of amperage and voltage and they are equipped with interlocked or automatic circuit breaker.

We haves a full range of control stations that can be equipped with command and control operators in 'Ex d' and 'Ex e' way of protection and IP66 degree of protection, for the supply of lighting circuits or motive power distribution in any type of industrial application. The ' Ex d' limit switches in aluminum alloy have a wide range of actuators and multiple combinations of contacts allowing to realize the optimal solution for a perfect operation of the system located in a hazardous area. They ensures resistance and reliability with the passing of time. We have also an electronic grounding system for tanks and tankers which protect the electrical equipment from electrostatic and atmospheric discharges, while loading and unloading operations of flammable substances.

NAV, NEV series cable glands are suitable for use in hazardous areas with danger of explosion to enable direct insertion of non-armoured cables and of armored cables into explosion-proof junction boxes and/or lighting fixtures, plugs and sockets, etc… NAV series cable glands are constituted by a single sealing ring which tightens the incoming cable ensuring the ‘Ex d' way of protection and IP66/67 degree of protection. NEV series has a second sealing ring that tightens on the outer sheath of the cable to ensure the IP66/67 degree of protection avoiding the ingress of water, moisture, rain and dust. The range of cable glands is completed by barrier cable glands NAVB, NEVB series and cable glands in polyamide NAVP series.

Three pieces unions for gas group Iib and IIC male/male, male/famale and female/female enable an independent rotation and the connection between pipes of an electrical equipment and enclosures or different devices of an explosion-proof equipment. Reducers and adaptors are used to connect equipment, enclosures, pipes and hubs of different diameters and threads, while closing plugs are used to close pipes ends and they are constructed with hex socket head to ensure the opening with special tools only. Open elbows, sealing fittings, nipples, couplings, rigid and flexible tubes compleate the electrical fittings series allowing the realization of a complete piping electrical systems.

Water-proof series includes watertight junction boxes made of aluminum, stainless steel and polyester resin and cable glands suitable for installation in any industrial environment.

Our aspirators are suitable for explosive atmospheres. they are used for expulsion of large volumes of air or fumes directly to the outside or in ducts.

Furthermore, they are used for applications equipped with forced ventilation.
